1. Find Yourself - Honestly appraise your interests and goals
   
2. Find Them - They may already be gathering and looking for a leader
   
3. Be Yourself to Them - Build Trust & Align Goals
   
4. Encourage the Pack - Listen / Reinforce / Ration
   
5. Keep Howling - Consistency and Persistence win the night
