Phone Phishing uses voice recording to steal your money

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse. Paypal users are being targeted in a scam which asks them to call a specific phone number which then asks them to dial in their account information. The system apparently even does some preliminary checking to verify that you are keying in legitimate data. If you don't key in what appears to be correctly formatted data prompts you to type it in again.
