Your Day -- Technical Difficulties

So what happened on today's Your Day? If you were listening you probably noticed that we had no callers. It was a bit unnerving. It turns out that the radio station was having technical difficulty but no one knew that we were having trouble before we went on the air.

A very important cable had come unplugged and the phone lines were no longer connected to the ringers or the phone board. Yipes! This meant that for thirty minutes Eric and I talked amongst ourselves. It's fun and all, but we missed you, the great fun of our little feature.

According to emails we received, plenty of people tried to call in, but they couldn't make it in. The good news is that the problem was fixed within half an hour of us going off the air. The bad news is that is was broken the entire time we were on the air.

To you, our listeners faithul and new, we apologize and look forward to a better result next month.
