Inglis hosting social media roundtable, Tuesday at 11 a.m.

U.S. Rep. Bob Inglis (R-SC) will host a social media roundtable Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 11 a.m. in The Innovate Building in downtown Greenville (148 River St.).

The event is open to the public and group discussions will be led by area marketing and branding professionals as well as other members from the online and social media community.

National media attention has recently focused on political office holders use of social media outlets to communicate directly to voters and "followers." The impact of these new media and its uses in the political process will be discussed during the roundtable.
