The free event will feature Tai Chi and Qigong demonstrations by local instructors and students.

Both Tai Chi and Qigong are becoming increasingly popular in the U.S. Often referred to as moving meditation, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for physical and mental well-being. In fact, scientific studies show Tai Chi increases flexibility, muscular strength, and fitness.
