What happens at an Intensive Journal Workshop? (audio)

Intensive Journal workshops involve a series of writing exercises aimed at self development. Over a series of days participants write about themselves, their thoughts, friends, family, and conversations in a way that creates breakthrough experiences. Over 175,000 participants, from all walks of life attend these workshops since 1966, looking to gain insights about their relationships, career, health and goals. I had the opportunity to talk Jon Progoff, head of the Dialogue House and son of founder Ira Progoff, Ph. D. about the workshops, the Intensive Journal method, and what people get out of attending.

This interview first appeared on Your Day, which is heard on the ETVRadio network of stations.
